This woman's needlepoints incorporating Lara Croft -- rapelling down an overgrown sunflower, for example -- are way more competent than my NES cross-stitches, and probably a more intentional, more explicit commentary on gender roles and technology and blah blah blah blah. Me, I was just bored at the circulation desk.

OMG! Did you make up these patterns as you went? I have been searching all over the net for Final Fantasy cross stitch, needlepoint, or plastic canvas patterns. If you used a pattern could you tell me where you found it? please and thank you. Sorry if I'm being annoying.

just take the Sprites (that's what they're called) and stitch each pixel as a cross stitch, Plastic canvas is harder
